The service

AgentHook provides an API that generates media (video, images, captions) from your prompts, priced in prepaid credits. You get API keys; requests spend credits; outputs are stored and served from our media storage.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Anything generated with your keys counts as your usage. One person or organization per account.

Acceptable use

• Reference images require rights. When you attach reference images you must attest (owns_references: true) that you own them or have permission to use the likenesses they contain. We record that attestation with each run.
• No illegal content, no impersonation without consent, no sexual content involving real people's likenesses, nothing involving minors. The service is SFW only.
• Repeated content-policy rejections from our upstream providers can lead to account suspension.

Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. Failed generations are refunded automatically — see the refund policy. Prices per tool are shown before you run.

Outputs

You own the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the upstream model providers' terms. Output URLs are unlisted but publicly fetchable by anyone who has the URL.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is. Generative models fail and misfire; our liability is limited to the credits you paid for the affected runs.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service matures; material changes will be announced to the email on your account.
